"Dear Parents and students,

I always believe that modern education is not just about scoring marks or landing jobs. Its real test is whether it helps us become good citizens — people who make our street, our city, and our country better.

In my view, education inculcates the following aspects:-
Firstly, It helps to Think, don’t just obey
Google can give answers, but only thinking gives wisdom. A good citizen questions fake news, checks facts, and forms opinions based on reason, not forwards. Rote learning creates clerks. Critical thinking creates citizens.

Secondly, It blends Skills and Values to build Character
Coding, UPI, AI are modern tools. But honesty, empathy, and respect are timeless tools. A student who can build an app but cheats in exams won’t build a trustworthy nation.

Thirdly, Education remindes that Rights come with duties
We learn about fundamental rights in civics. Good citizenship means also remembering fundamental duties: keep your campus clean, follow traffic rules, vote, help during disasters, pay taxes honestly.

Lastly, it Deconstructs the “I” to “We” conscience.
Group projects, NCC, sports, school councils — these aren’t extra. They teach compromise, leadership, and service.

Friends, I strongly believe that Modern education should produce degree holders with skills, but more importantly, citizens with conscience.
